What to message us about

  • Credits and plans

    Top up credits or buy a month of a plan yourself from your Billing page, paying by card, SBP, SberPay or crypto. For anything checkout can't do — large amounts, refunds, failed payments — message us here.

    Include: The email on your account, and for payment issues the reference shown on Billing.

  • Technical help

    Errors, unexpected responses, SDK and coding-agent setup, or a model that isn't behaving the way the docs say.

    Include: The request id from Activity (it starts with req_) and the time it happened.

  • Account, privacy and data

    Closing your account, or asking for a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information.

    Include: The email on your account. We may ask you to confirm it's you.

  • Security and abuse

    A vulnerability in Odyssey, or someone using the service against the Terms. Message a team member privately rather than posting publicly.

    Include: What you found and how to reproduce it. Please don't test against other people's accounts.

Never share an API key

No one from Odyssey will ever ask for your API key or password. If you posted a key anywhere, revoke it on the API keys page and create a new one. For how we handle your information, see the Privacy Policy.
